    Contact form doesn't work, tried several times!

    You have taken payment but not acknowledged it within my account and the freelancer is still waiting for payment.

    You managed to  add £5.50 processing fee though.

    I am trying to start a new project but received an e-mail stating that I cannot as I have a similar project although I have requested a refund due to several issues that I had with the artist. 

    Can someone e-mail me with my best option to get this resolved I have tried e-mailing but do not believe that this has been received.

    Payment of £26 taken for NDA, which sits right next to T&C leading you to believe it`s a compulsory feature to have.

    Nevertheless freelancer has turned down my request to too much work.

    How do I get the payment back?

    Services were not rendered - why take someone’s money? Please refund me and get in touch soon.

    Similar problem with no way to contact you guys! I submitted a proposal today but can't find receipt of it anywhere. I put a lot of time and effort into the application and I need proof of the application for other reasons. The functionality of this site needs some serious work if you are not going to be ultimately blacklisted.

    I have been trying to get hold of one of your freelancers to no avail. I paid a deposit £95 to him for work that he was supposed to carry out for me. It has been several weeks now and he is non responsive.

    The Attachments link in Messages does not work.  My contracted web developer thro PPH is waiting for info before he can begin- but I cannot attach any images/docs to him.

    The 'Submit a Request' link on Help Centre does not work

    There is no direct Contact to a Customer Support person available- or another quicker way to seek help. Why?.

    I am new to PPH- so frustrating these basic functions are not working.

    Hi, 

    A couple of issues for me:

    1. I can't submit a support request directly; the link no longer appears to work.

    2. There are funds in my "wallet" in $USD but I can't request conversion/withdrawal - is there suddenly a minimum request level? I keep getting messages that I can use the funds for purchases on PPH, but I don't ever buy anything via PPH, so this really isn't any use to me. 

    Can you advise?
