My Payoneer account is not verified, why ?

 My Payoneer account is not verified and i don't get any verification email.

  Many thanks for your message.

  Have you made sure you have uploaded all relevant documents to your PPH account?

  You can remove, add and edit your payment methods here:

  https://www.peopleperhour.com/payments/methods

  if you haven't done this we would need...

  ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

  ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of:

  1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

  2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

  3) Skrill, account statement showing your Skrill registered name and email address along with any relevant transactions.

  This would take up to 7 working days to verify.

  You will not receive a verification email from us it will just show as approved  in your account.

  where I can add these files? I can not edit the payoneer details.
