Buyer Fee's of 10%???

I was shocked by seeing that PPH is charging 10% of the proposed amount. All I have seen was US$450 and now I'm getting charged US$495.60. Please explain what this is for. I find it very dodgy and not fair for any buyer!

  I agree. Also just been charged 10% as a buyer - don't recall seeing any mention of this previously. A definite lack of transparency with regard to this!
