Large amount of jobs posted from India - Need to be vetted

The site is displaying an increasing amount of low paid jobs from India. These jobs are pointless for anyone in Europe or America. At the rate these jobs are increasing PPH is going to end up as a site purely for jobs in India serviced by Indian workers. I would be surprised if this is part of your business plan.

 

What do you intend to do to mitigate this?

  I see same peanut jobs from UK and US, what I do in similar cases either ignore these jobs, or quote a very high amount to force other users to follow the AVG :)

  The difference is that some jobs from the UK and US will be worthwhile to UK and US developers. No jobs from India are of any use to us due to differences in exchange rate.

  In most cases the UK/US jobs aren't worthwhile either. The expiration rate is staggering, and even when replied to they equate freelance to 'cheap'.

  There is no barrier to entry for buyers. They should have a credit system. It would significantly reduce the number of ads, but vastly icrease their quality and % awarded.

  Untimately imo the commisions would stay roughly the same by the reputation of PPH as a usable site would increase.

  David, I agree, they are acceptable compared to others are totally incompatible

  Stephen, yes you're right may be buyers should be required to do some approval test same as sellers.
