    wait it will show in the workstreams list, try to click that reply button and see if it refreshes , use the search box in the workstream list pages and see if it updates , may be the job was cancelled moderated or user deleted, it happens sometimes.

    I obviously tried those things before making this post

    Cancelled jobs don't just disappear, nor can you just cancel a job from the buyer side

    For context, I've been on PPH for several years and completed 496 projects to date so I'm quite familiar with the platform

    Can anyone help. I have a buyer who claims she has sent me 3 previous messages on workstream yet only the last hostile one she sent appears there. I have explained that there appears to be a technical issue that I am unaware of. But no response back from her.
