Refund fee should not have been issued
I have been charged a 10% refund fee which should not have been issued.
The seller has admitted they are unable to fulfil their obligations.
The article provided was in fact more than 50% duplicated content.
The hourly clearly stated 100% unique content which would be run via Copyscape and in fact when run through Copyscape it showed the article was just copied with paragraphs from 5 other articles.
The seller first said they had a baby then they were just being stretched so unable to deliver.
I'd like my refund fee back please as your sellers are unable to fulfil this order and they should not be able to advertise services they cannot deliver.
