A workstream where I have sent a proposal that has also been accepted has been blocked. How will I be able to send the work to my client? And how will  I be payed?

  I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
  
  I would like to inform you that your buyer has posted four private jobs at a time which is not allowed, hence it has been rejected and the workstream has been blocked. However i have discussed with our moderations team and approved this one so you will be able to send messages now.
