Large number of jobs being posted without a location.

Hello,

I do a mixture of freelance work (but especially location based photography). There are large numbers of requests coming through for location based photography, where the buyer does not state the location of the potential work. This wastes time for sellers, as they then have to ask, often without receiving a reply. 

Can it be set up to make it mandatory for a potential customer to provide a location for this sort of work, as the lack of clarity is wasting valuable time?
