Pending Bank Account

Hi

I added my bank account and uploaded a bank statement also. But In my official bank statement the SWIFT code of the bank is not mentioned. Also my full name which is mentioned in the bank statement is bit different to my used name in PPH. Will  it be a problem? How long does it take to approve the account?

  Thank you for your message.
  
  Sorry about that. Please note that all the withdrawal account should belong to you as you're not allowed to withdraw the funds to others account, so it will get rejected from our payments team. 
  
  You have to remove this account and update your account then we will verify it. 
  
  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

  Hi

  The account I added is mine, not anyone else's. My problem is SWIFT code is not mentioned in the bank statement attached. And still the account is shown as pending. When will it be confirmed?
