How to withdraw money.
Hello there,
I have some money in my escrow seller account. I want to withdraw this money. I don't know how this work. for payments methods, I have attached my local bank account of a Pakistani bank and my Payoneer account as well. My both account are aproved by PPH
will you please guide me how I can withdraw this ??

Thank you for your message.
In order to get the funds released from escrow, you need to raise invoice in the workstream and once you raise the request, the buyer would be notified to approve it. After his approval, we will release the payment to your PPH wallet then you can withdraw them to your account.
To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.
Your invoice will appear on the workstream and your buyer will be notified by email and is asked to pay your invoice .
When you withdraw the funds you can place the withdrawal request for those funds directly to your bank account and we will transfer the funds in your currency only to your account.

I have an amount of money sitting in my account as refund for a job... i thought as refund it goes automatically back to my paypal just like purchasing anything online and reciving a refund... but it hasn't for close to 2 years nowa nd website has changed me lately and admin fee for about 7 month already... absolutely for nothing!! my main issue is how to withdraw my refund as refund not income!!!
i shouldn't need to enter my personal details and ID in ur system if i don't work for u ... i request to receive the refund same way as it was processed. Please
