I had to ask for a refund as the freelancer was trying to overcharge me, although refund was processed I still lost money to PPH. I would like to leave feedback about this freelancer and his approach

  Hi Lovey, that's not fair :(

  First freelancer refunded you which hurt his/her ranking and then you want to give him a bad review :( Tell me is this fair? 

  And there should be no review for the job which isn't done. I hope you understand.

  Hello,
  I had Md. Khairul Hasan S. with whom I am on my project for 2 months, it is still not finished. The site is loose (it's me who worked on the copyrithing .. etc) tunnel payment is not done. So I feel that the work is really tied up so I ask for the refund of half the amount committed.
