My Payment is not in my bank account and not in my summary work

Hi,

I have a problem,

Why I didn't receive the payment for the amount of 1.238.00 pound on my bank account and why I cannot see the payment on my summary work in PPH?

Please, let me know.

  Many thanks for your message.

  I have looked in your account and seen that your funds were approved 24 hours ago, therefore these funds should come today or tomorrow. A bank account withdrawal can take up to 4 working days to clear.
