Hi,

I don't seem to be getting the free 15 proposal credits a month any more?  I would like to send some proposals for jobs - please can you start adding the monthly free proposal credits again?

  Many thanks for your message.

  I have looked in your account and seen that you were given the free 15 proposal credits in May, July and September. Have you definitely not had these? Remember the free proposal credits reset every month.

  my proposal credits are also getting low, even though i have been submitting proposals on PPH suggested bids. which are not charged....will i be getting free credits? whats the monthly quota...

  We are finding that invited bids, which normally do not cost a credit and does not say when bidding will cost a credit, are and one is deducted from our balance.
  
  As most of these projects, buyer can not even bother to respond to advert queries, nor award the project in the end and it lapses by default, appears to be a waste of freelancer resources and expense.
