Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

This would certainly be a useful feature, especially because most jobs require you to submit an estimate based on little more than a one line job description, just so you can ask the buyer questions in order to submit an informed proposal in the first place.

Victoria & Vince is right. That's not fair that we need to cancel it and then resend the proposal with new bid credit.

Should be an essential part of the proposal system. That sellers should have to waste a proposal on an already 'accepted''job is pretty shitty.

It's been the case in virtually all jobs I've done for clients here. Not on really.

There should be an interim acceptance stage where the first proposal is 'accepted subject to change' which would either allow for editing of the original proposal or free submission of an updated one.

Sellers should NOT have to foot the bill for this...

The above comments were made 3 years ago, and still nothing has changed?  I still don't see any way to update a proposal other than submitting a new one.  Like mentioned above, this is an essential step, especially with the vague descriptions on most projects.
