    Many thanks for your message.

It is in the Terms & Conditions within the platform

    8.5 Currency Conversion

If you require a transaction within the PPH site which involves a currency conversion, it will be completed at a foreign exchange rate determined by an official institution, which is adjusted on a regular base. Exchange rates fluctuations are not under PPH control.

A Currency Conversion Fee of 2.5% will be applied every time PPH performs a currency conversion. When a currency conversion is available by PPH, you will be shown the exchange rate that will be applied to the transaction before you proceed with authorising the payment transaction. By accepting this transaction, you also agree to the exchange rate currency conversion terms.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Can we get a receipt from PPH for this fee, so we can declare it as a business expense to the tax authority? And where do we find this receipt?

    Thank you.
