Profile Picture Issue

I'm unable to remove my profile picture and replace it with the right picture. I've made the changes on the "Edit Profile" page and submitted the application. Now I just got an email that my application has been denied. Please help in resolving this - not sure why the website isn't uploading the correct picture.

  Hi Team!

  I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.

  Can someone please help?
