profile changes not upsdating

I have to resubmit a genuine profile picture so I do but the picture does not change. Same when I change minor parts in my profile, so i can not update anything.

  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that there is a change in the Profile moderation from our end and you may not be able to edit your profile directly. Once you update your profile, it will be checked by our moderators and then they will approve / reject your details accordingly.
