Bank account verification

I submitted paperwork. I wanted to add my id but it only allows me one file, no more than one. then it is saying that my bank verification is not approved. I got  paid via PayPal. the thing here is  Paypal will take a cut when I withdraw.  when I do the transfer to my bank account, I don't get slapped with a fee. sad to say I want to skip transaction fees to keep my earnings. I don't know what else I need to do so I can upload my id ar least.

  i need to deposit my earnings to my bank so i won't incur fees from PayPal..
