Declined application
I am writing in regards to the progress on my application. I have taken some time to fill out all the necessary fields up to highest standards and best of my knowledge.
However, I was saddened to see that my application has been rejected. For some reason, I had received 2 emails saying it has been rejected but another email said it was accepted. On my profile account on the website it says it's still not approved, I would like to ask about the reasons why you declined my profile.

I would kindly appreciate if you could respond to my questions. If there is anything that does not meet your requirements, I will happily amend it. Nevertheless, I am quite puzzled to see such decision from your Team.
I hope to see some assistance from your Team on how this issue could be rectified and will amend it accordingly.
