why the service charges always different for similar project

Hello

i just realized i got an issue here, why i got different service charges in same indentical jobs?, please check below

can you explain this?

 

if i check on earning calculator, PPH will charges me £9.25 for job £265 value , why now appear £32.83 & £33.65, are this company try to cheating designer?? please make it transparent company
