payoneer account pending

Hi, I would like to know why my payoneer account is still pending? I have sent the approval of it as a prt sc (see below) and still nothing changed. I would like to withdraw the funds and it is impossible. why? thank you, Maria

  Thank you for your message.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
