Real Location?

Hello,

I'm new here and I've submitted a proposal to review team. But they mailed me that you have to mention the 'Real Location'. What does it mean by? In that field, It shows that only zip or post code. As my post code is 1100, I've mention on it but it shows error. Why? Would you please help me? Thanks
