    Hi Kelly, can you please open a dispute for me please. I have completed the buyers request and he is simply not talking to me now. I cannot see a button to dispute the transaction anywhere.

    The buyer and I are now in dispute and she has rejected my invoice.  I need to raise a dispute please - please assist.  Thank you.  There is also a reference to a dispute fee, supposedly under point 8.2 of your help page, but there is no listing for this there.  Please advise.
