Withdrawal account - documents under review

Hello, 

I submitted the documents needed for creating a withdrawal account I guess 5 days ago and I am still not able to withdraw my funds. What should I do? How long it will take for the documents to be accepted?

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
