Hourlie Compelted but time still counting

Hi, 

on 3rd may I sell an hourlie and yesterday 7th may I completed it and give my buyer the report file. So the Countdown time should stop but it can't. 

So please tell me what to do. I am afraid of if the countdown time does not stop it will show me that I am late to deliver my work and affect on my profile.

 

So Please give me a solution.
