Where is my Fund, PPH

I was working with a buyer and he decided to play some tricks after the job was almost completed.

The agreed budget was in the escrow.  He disputed and PPH cancelled the dispute on Thursday, I wrote the buyer for an agreement based on that..

Then today, Tuesday, I tried to send another message.  Lo and behold, Fund is gone.  PPH claimed the buyer is no longer a registered member but the question is where is my money.

 

In Novermber 2016 I lost £400 to a smilar situation

In January, I lost £500 to a very simialar situation

This now, in May, £550.  I need an answer and my money in this case.

And there is still one ( maybe my fault) for not asking for full deposit into the escrow is refusing to deposit £840

And playing games with the only meagre £360 in the deposit.

 

When will this injustice be arrested
