How do I increase my proposal credit ?

I know every PPH seller has 15 proposal credit per month but I am willing to know if there is any way to have more proposal credit costing a small amount of PPH wallet?

And what is the regular renewal date for the default proposal credit each month? 

Please let me know. I am willing to have a serious business on pph to sell my services.
