Doing trial test file for buyer
|
Brenda Sep 28, 23:55 EEST I suggested to the client I do a test file which actually took my nearly 4 hours as it was complicated but I wanted to make sure Id got it right before completing the job. I then asked him to complete contract. Hes now declined my proposal and stop bids! https://www.peopleperhour.com/job/excel-virtual-assistant-project-1727676?id=1727676 Attachment(s)
Ive tried to communicate with him all day and last night he was quite amicable to me looking at the file, doing some work and then sending it back.. He was very communicative last night! But hes come on tonight and awarded someone else. Its not my work, thats ok! |

Many thanks for your message.
You shouldn't provide the completed work if the proposal has not been accepted. As for doing a test job, it is your decision if you are willing to do it, you can always reject that job if you feel uncomfortable with it.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

I didnt complete the work Kelly! It was a complicated file that needed work on as a test, it did take a couple of hours but I also needed to see if I could do it!
Lesson learned!!! Dont do test files and risk bad feedback if you cant do the job! I do hope whoever hes hired balls it up for him cos it sure was complicated!
