I can't re-submit my profile

I got message from Dashboard, and when i click on Re-Submit Application, it'll redirect same page.

 

A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture.
