Block offensive users

hi

 

is there a way i can block certain users? One in particular is really causing an annoyance and always wants to leave the final message like having the last say its childish and annoying and i would expect it from a so called top seller!

  I would like to know how to block someone who keeps harassing us because we turned down their project. They are behaving very unprofessional and using Canal language.

  i also have an annoying seller that is sending messages always having to say the last word, wont verify his accountant qualifications to be able to do the job advertised and keeps going on and on and on..... - cant view his profile either so think he is bogus.not trustworthy enough to trust with personal accounts.i dont know how to block him,

  I'd like to have the means to potentially block a client in due course - the nature of some of their messages has been less than professional, and they are now after a private telephone number, which I am not prepared to give out, never mind the fact it's against the rules and regs!

  How do we block this freelancer who is a scammer, lied to us and wasted our time. He did not deliver anything for us and is bugging us.
