Job Offer £50 per hour

 Sorry new to this.

I posted a job wanting to offer top price of £50 per hour.

Have had some replies from people that charge £25 per hour.  

IS this what i pay them?  It seems to make me want to pay £50 for someone who normally charges 25.

How do i sort?
