Bank ID and married / maiden name

Hello,

Thanks for your email letting me know my ID had been rejected as it is under a different surname to my user name.

I write and work under my maiden name, my legal name is my married name. I'm not sure why this is a problem? I am entitled to use my maiden name, and still have my legal documents - e.g. bank account - in my married name.

Please let me know if you need anything further, as I am waiting to invoice a PPH buyer for some completed work.

  I have the same issue. My bank account is on my maiden name.  I have recentely changed my last name to marital name. On my ID  I have both names . My withdrawal account was rejected. Can somebody please help me?
