Why my seller account is not approved

I'm getting this msg when i click on send proposal
You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved.

I submitted ticket for two days ago, and again followed up, but I haven't get any response yet,

Please advise

  Many thanks for your message.

  There is a backlog of tickets at the moment due to an unprecedented amount of tickets coming through our system, please be patient and your tickets will all be answered within 3 working days.

  Hi Concerned,

   

  I am trying to get approved for People per Hour but they are rejecting me and if i click on submit a request its not proceeding, can you help me approving y people per hour account.
