Withdrwable amount is very less than the calculated

Hello,

I have got the funds of $20 from the client and when I checked Net Earning Calculator it shows me $16 after deducting PPH Service Fee , that is absolutely fine with me.

But when I am going to actual withdrawal of the money into my paypal account it shows me only $11.60. Here I am not getting the information why the money is getting reduced from $16 to $11.60 even after deducting your PPH Service Fee. Attached screenshot

I am very new to this platform and trying to earn some money by working hard as a freelancer, please help me with my problem and let me withdraw my complete $16 which I have earned hard.
