Being Asked To Release Payment Before Job Complete?
I am a new buyer on this site and I am looking for some clarification about payment.
I have ordered from a seller here and the work is expected to take 20 days. After two days the seller has requested payment. I am wary about this and would obviously prefer to release the funds after the work is 100% complete.
This is the message I got from the seller...
"People Per Hour warning me for paid my balance and my feedback . Because I am a new seller. So, Sir I send invoice to you. Please accept my invoice and give me 5* feedback."
I now have a prompt to release the funds to the seller.
If I release the funds and the seller does not complete the work I assume I have lost the funds? What will happen if I ignore the invoice for payment, will it be paid automatically (after what time frame?)
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Never release funds/ leave feedback before work is complete.
New sellers have qualifying period and need to earn a certain amount and at least 4 stars feedback to be accepted, otherwise they wont be able to sell, or to pay membership etc...that's why your seller is asking for payment.
If you want to hold the stick from the middle, you can work / pay your guy by milestones depending on the progress until work is 100% finished. (you can leave feedback on each invoice)
