 I first submitted the photo you see here as my profile image and my application was denied because of it.  I then looked for another photo, there aren't a lot of photos of me, but I found one that was cropped and resubmitted the application.  First I was denied, then I got another message saying I was approved.  But when I try to submit a proposal, I get a notification that my application wasn't approved.... because my picture isn't genuine?  It sure was.  Fine, so then I grab my phone, take a selfie, then uploaded my photo straight off my phone.  I then get an email that my application was approved.  I log out and back in, try to submit a proposal, and get the "Your application has not been approved, you need to upload a genuine image of yourself".  

I'm not sure what the problem is, but there is a bug somewhere in the process.
