Overcharged on Credit card
Hi, I seem to have been overcharged having looked at my recent CC statement. I should have been charged £150 for my last project but my CC has been charged £198.60. Please can customer support help?

Hi Kelly,
Even if the additional cost is related to the service fee etc PEOPLE PER HOUR should be sending customers separate invoices. As a serious business we have to account for every transaction and currently I have no invoice to cover the additional charges ... unless I'm missing something?

Thank you for your message.Our Payments team have found this:
It seems you had tried to make payment for 180 GBP not 150 GBP because of that the amount deducted was higher.
I found that 30 GBP is still in the escrow of the Job, to get those funds back from escrow, you need to raise "refund request" and the request can be found at the bottom of the workstream under “More” option.
Once you raise the request, the seller will be notified to take action on it and upon his approval the funds will be released from escrow to your wallet then you can use them on the site or withdraw them back to your account.*As for the invoices you can edit the PDF invoices as you wish and include fees etc on there for, you may need to take advice from your accountant on how best to do this.
