    Many thanks for your messages.

I recommend as it is 3-4 days and having no reply requesting a refund. If the seller comes back and states there was some sort of emergency and you are happy with their explanantion (it can happen to us all) then fair enough and you have your work and they have their money.

Hanad - to raise a refund request...

Please go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’.

Hanad, you also state - PPH is not getting involved at all - from what I can see in your account you have had no correspondence with PPH or their support team regarding any issues with sellers?

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

    Hi Shane,
I am kind of in a similar situation. I think you deserve to ask your money back. In my case, the seller has been very slow to respond. Then offered me other services as well as asking for more money. I explained that I was not happy with that and quoted their hourlie description. No progress and he was wasting my time so I requested a refund. Now am not sure what is happening as he kept quiet and PPH is not getting involved at all. The money is in the escrow.
Does anyone know how this refund process works.
