Where/how do I upload verification documents if it doesn't prompt for it?
I've received an email from PPH saying my verification document has been declined because my name isn't on the business account banking statement. I need to upload a new document that associates me with the business name/account but there was no link on the email and I cannot locate in the payments section (or other section) where/how to upload this new document. please can you tell me how to do this?
