I can't add my new payoneer as withdraw method.

My previous payoneer is expired and I got a new card from payoneer. I am trying to add this to my PPH account. But I can't add this one. For payoneer card it shown "Not Verified". It is showing also

"One more step... you need to verify your account via the email we have just sent you. Resend email"

But I am not getting any mail in my inbox for it. Please open an ticket for me.
