Good afternoon, 

 

I am attempting to add skills to my profile but the search comes back empty with anything I try, even "skills" already listed as accepted on other profiles. I can't move past this point because it will not let me skip and it will not let me update.

  Hello - I am experiencing the same problem.  The main problem seems to be with the top 3 skills, the additional skills come up in the box below but do not save.

  Rather frustrating that this has gone unresolved since May 2017.
  Any reason why there are no matching skills in your database?
  Unable to build a profile and provide a service when your site is experiencing technical issues.
  Please revert asap.

  * One way to work around this bug is to leave the application and instead edit your profile by clicking a link from the main page to edit your profile (skills section).
