Not able to send Proposal

 When I click on send proposal button, a message in red box appears saying :

For your protection, for this size of job the deposit request has to be at least £33 (30% of the proposal amount)

I have also mentioned in the description to deposit £60 in escrow.

  Make sure that the deposit value equals at least 30% of the proposal amount.

  So if you want to charge 100, put 30 in deposit

   When I click on send proposal button, it doesn't goes further. 

  Moreover the website is not coming in proper form or format.
