Client asking for Skype contacts

Hi, why am I unable to engage a prospective client after she asked for my Skype address? Am told the post was "moderated by CS". I already told the client PPH doesn't allow communication outside the platform unless it's part of the job. I don't intend to work away from PPH. I appreciate PPH's role. Is there a way I can be able to contact the client again?

  I am in this same position right now and have been before and the job was moderated and removed.  It has cost me money and the opportunity to work.  Is there anyway PPH can add this possibility to their Video Call and allow us to communicate.  I have been adamant about staying within the PPH guidelines, but we need to find a happy compromise to work for sellers, buyers and PPH.  HELP US PLEASE!  I have lost two to three jobs already.
