Documents rejected due name mismatch. Profile name followed FB name.

Hello and good day.

I've tried to verify my document for both bank transfer and paypal payment method. However, both of them were rejected due to my name on my document is mismatch with my profile name. My profile name was automatically added as it's linked with my facebook account, therefore the last name was different. I've tried to attach more documents to verify my identity but the verification page didn't let me to upload more attachments.

My profile name is Raden Norfiqri, but most of my document name is Raden M N Norazari or Raden Norazari as Norazari is supposed to be my last name. Norfiqri is only one of my middle name and it's only linked with my facebook profile name.

Please seek into the issue as my client is waiting to make the payment for my services. I've also uploaded additional documents to verify my name and identity in the ticket support page (REQUEST #646941).

  Hello Raden,

  Your PayPal and bank accounts have been verified. We now need you to upload an actual photograph of your national ID/Passport/Drivers License etc for verification to support@peopleperhour.com
