Requesting a refund
Hi,
Please can you assist. The person who was supposed to carry out work for me has said he has fallen ill and i am trying to 'request a refund' but i cannot find this in my workstream. Please help, I need to cancel this job and find someone who will be able to do it quickly.

In the same Workstream right above the text message box, you will find the option to request refund, or ask your seller to issue the refund (same Workstream above the text box), he will need to enter reason of the refund to be moderated.
There is 10% project cancellation fee, can be waived if it's the seller's fault -like in your case-
