THE BUYER DIDN'T PAY ME

Hi,

My client's name is Hans W.I do one of his work.Although I'm late to finish the job.I finish the work 20 Oct 2017 & i do provide him.My the buyer took all the documents and everything then he didn't want to accept the invoice and its been a week and he see my messages and he doesn't relpy what should i do ? and why we don't have protection to these kind of things.

  Hi Sabbir,

  You do "have protection of these kinds of things", PPH! PPH will ensure the money that is in escrow will be placed into the seller's account if the work is provided to the buyer and the buyer is happy with it. 

  If the buyer has left and is no longer able to be contacted then you will still earn your money after 15 days - ensuring the buyer has time to dispute the quality of the work. We give 15 days as sometimes things can happen in life!

  If you feel you are not getting anywhere with the buyer and the money is still not being placed into your account after 15 days even after you have raised the invoice then contact the support team support@peopleperhour.com

  Thank you for reply me.

  I'm giving my client work to 20 Oct 2017.

  My client is happy in my work.

  If that were not so,my client contacted me for correction the work.

  My client paid me 4 Nov 2017.

  My client's name is Usha Parmar I do one of her work I finished the work 21 Aug 2018 & i do provide her  all the documents and everything but,didnt get payment what should i do ? Please help me.
