    Did you manage to get it sorted? I'm still waiting for mine to be approved and I've been waiting for more than a week. No one from customer support has responded to my tickets.

    Nope..just got a few emails as well as the comment here that they have opened a ticket for me. When I emailed again, they said it is because the location I put doesn't correspond to the one that is my IP address. And they asked for a proof of address which I find a bit weird...as I have already gave them lots of private&confidential info..So decided to leave the site. Good luck!
