My aplication was rejected- why?

My aplication was rejected, yet I paid £10 for a fast track! Absolutely furious about the fact that I wasn't even given any explanation and I paid the money...
Please let me know how I can proceed,

Nope..just got a few emails as well as the comment here that they have opened a ticket for me. When I emailed again, they said it is because the location I put doesn't correspond to the one that is my IP address. And they asked for a proof of address which I find a bit weird...as I have already gave them lots of private&confidential info..So decided to leave the site. Good luck!
