Usability concerns
As a website that facilitates hiring of usability professionals, it comes as a surprise to me that in my short time using this site, I have encountered numerous usability issues. These were serious enough to myself as a customer to abandon certain processes completely. Some examples are the lack of clarity around the fact that a profile update needs to be approved before accepting, as well as a repetitive and clunky user flow for posting an 'hourlie'.
I would suggest hiring a usability professional or company to assess and provide recommendations for your site rather than wait for dissatisfied customers to post feedback.
I do, however, thank you for the time you take to read feedback and hope to see an improved customer experience soon.
