Product Team WorkFlow - What is PPH working on?

Too many times in the recent past have suggestions been posted on the Feedback - Feature Requests section, only to get the standard KellyBot response of 'Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.'

We have absolutely no knowledge of if this is the case, or what feature developents are in the pipeline by PPH.

Looking back at the requests over the last year, NOT A SINGLE ONE has been added as feature in PPH, at least as far as I can see.

Many are requests that many sellers want - better responses to clarifiations and proposals, action to increase buyer activity (awarding) or credit renfuded, buyer standards & entry.

Many would affect PPH's bottom line but would significantly increase seller confidence in PPH.

So, why not have a public thread - available to logged in sellers, to show what features are being considered, what state they are at, and release scheules.

All we've had over the last year are features no one wanted or asked for - contests / spec work, and high value jobs, which in both cases just penalise sellers.

Many thanks for your message, I am sorry you feel this way, we have actually added a lot of user requests, contests were actually a request, believe it or not! Updates to the workstream, updates to the website and all-round usability. We have many more in the pipeline.

When we add new features or new features are being discussed then we usually put this onto our blogs.

I will open a ticket with our feature request team so they can see your request and perhaps implement it.
