'Urgent action to avoid permanent account suspension' email
I have just received one of these emails for late payment of an invoice. I understand they are automatic when an invoice is unpaid, but if anyone had even looked at the message stream they would see immediately see that the job was NOT complete, so I hadn't paid the remaining invoice. I was in communication with the seller, who was having a few minor problems delivering all of the job, but that's fine, we were working it out
I think to send an email like this, threatening permanent account suspension is way, way too much, and I dont appreciate this tone of email for no reason.
Please review the way you communicate like this with buyers, and perhaps put a manual review of messages in
